- Protecting your package
We highly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance. If you opt for free shipping, please note that it does NOT include insurance and PrettyNbundles is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
- Processing and shipping Times
Raw Bundles:3-5 business days
During sales and normal processing times could be longer. Expedited shipping applies only to the transit time, NOT the processing time. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number to follow your packages journey.
FedEx 2-day & Fedex Overnight Shipping: These shipping options refer to the delivery speed and your order has been processed and shipped. NOT the time it takes for your order to be shipped.
Every order requires processing days before it ships. If you have any upcoming event, We strongly recommend you place your order well in advance.
- Holiday & Peak Season Delays
From November to January, shipping carriers experience peak season delays. We will do our best to ship orders promptly, transit times may be extended due to increased holiday demand.
- A Signature will be required upon delivery for all orders to ensure safe receipt of your purchases. Please ensure someone is available to sign
