At PrettyNbundles we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our hair bundles. However due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers we do NOT accept returns or offer refunds on hair products.

Each bundle is throughly inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high quality standards. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately upon reciept( within 48 hours) so we can assist you.
